Terms of Sale

In order to make a purchase on ThePuzzlePoster.com you must be over the age of 18 years and own a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Puzzle Poster retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate (including name, email and country), that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Payment

When placing an order you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal. The payment will be handled by Quickpay.

Product delivery

The goods sold on ThePuzzlePoster.com are solely digital products and no physical product will be delivered to your address. After successfull payment your order, a PDF-file, will be delivered to your email adress within a few hours.

Product information and use of product

When purchasing a product from ThePuzzlePoster.com you are granted the right to print the poster in as many copies as you like, as long as it is solely for personal use. You are not allowed to redistribute, sell or commercially use the poster in any form (neither digitally nor physically).

Return and right to cancel

All orders on ThePuzzlePoster.com are custom orders and every product is made to your specifications and clearly personalised. Furthermore the product is digital and delivered per email as soon as the payments is recognized. Because of the nature of the product it cannot be returned and there are no right to cancel. Please contact us at info@thepuzzleposter.com if your are dissatisfied with your purchase and let ud help you find a solution.
