Can you send me a printed version of the poster?
No, we only offer digital downloads at this time. If you prefer professional print we recommend taking the digital file to your local copy shop or an online print service.
Which format is used for the digital file?
Your poster is delivered as a PDF file. We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing the poster, but most PDF-readers will work. In addition you also get a jpeg file, but we recommend using the PDF in order to get the best possible print quality.
How can I print my poster?
The easiest solution is to print it at home. We also recommend taking the digital file to a copy shop. Please note that you are not allowed to resell, redistribute or use the poster commercially without our agreement.
How do I print my poster at home?
We recommend using your computer and the free programme Adobe Acrobat Reader for printing your poster. Please note that we cannot assist you with computer-, phone and printer issues.
Can I get the poster in JPEG format?
Yes, you will get a link to a jpeg file as well as a PDF file. In order to get the best print quality we recommend printing the PDF.
How long does it take for the poster to arrive?
It usually arrives within a few minutes. If not, please send us an email at info@thepuzzleposter.com.
Can I resell or use your poster commercially
No, you are not allowed to resell, redistribute or use the poster commercially without our agreement. Please contact us if your are interested in a collaboration.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal and ApplePay

Where is your company located?
The Puzzle Poster is a part of Designomaten I/S and we are located in Aarhus, Denmark.
Who are you?
We are Pernille and Morten and we are the owners of The Puzzle Poster. We live in Denmark and we both work with IT for a living. Our webshop is our passion and joint project which we pursue in our spare time. Pernille is doing the graphical work and Morten is handling the technical aspects.
